Booking Policy 
Your booking is a contract which both parties agree to honor. Upon receipt of the requested deposit a guarantee of a site/accommodation unit will be held exclusively for you for a period of 20 hours from 11.30am on the arrival date. The balance of the booking is to be paid on arrival. A specific site/unit number may be indicated when the booking is made but this is NOT guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.
Conditions on cancellations. This security deposit is only refundable (less a $15 booking fee) if 1 months notice is given in writing. If less than one months notice is received, a refund will only given if the management can re-let the booking in full.
