We offer full tourist information and tour booking facilities,
free of charge. We do this for a living, so we know what we're
talking about. - We book all tours operating in the area including
Fraser Island and Whale Watch. Courtesy pick ups by tour companies
are arranged for you and in the event of the tour company canceling
due to weather - we can inform you, book a different trip so
your day is not wasted or refund. We have maps of the area,
free of charge and Fraser Island (small fee). We can suggest
a route if you're taking your own 4WD to Fraser and advise on
conditions, permits and camping. For more information about

JETSKI TO Fraser ISLAND trips Departs daily
Now that's a bit different! Guided jet ski trips across the
Great Sandy Straits Marine Park to Fraser Island. Lunch included.
$180per hour.
JOYFLIGHTS (the best way to sea the GREAT
SANDY STRAITS) Departs daily
Several companies offer well priced joy flights out over the
Great Sandy Straits and Fraser Island. You can also map out
your own flight. These can be done by fixed wing small plane,
Helicopter or powered hang glider, land on the beach at Fraser
or go whale watching from the air. Scenic tours are offered
to Lady Elliot Island and Lady Musgrave Island, the most southerly
islands in the Great Barrier Reef. Form $75 per person.
Shayla Sailing cruises Departs daily
Sunset cruise leaves at about 4.30pm (courtesy pickup about
4pm return about 6.45pm) aboard Shayla a 10 Metre sailing
cat where you enjoy an evening adventure into the tranquil
waters of Hervey Bay experience our magical sunsets over platypus
bay. Drinks and nibbles are served on board. $45/$35.
Please note: In peak season, to avoid disappointment, we
can book your trips in advance and have your tickets waiting
at reception when you arrive.
